Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, results‑driven

Remote Customer Service Manager

to join our Customer Experience Division. In this role, you will lead a high‑performing team of customer service agents, ensuring that every interaction reflects opportunicore’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and empathy. You’ll be the linchpin between frontline staff, cross‑functional partners, and senior leadership, translating strategy into action and driving measurable improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Development:

    Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of 10–15 customer service agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement.

      Operational Excellence:

      Maintain a safe, high‑performance environment by setting clear expectations, monitoring key metrics, and implementing best practices.

        Performance Management:

        Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized improvement plans.

          Process Improvement:

          Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine workflows and reduce resolution times.

            Data‑Driven Decision Making:

            Analyze call center dashboards, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance reports to inform strategy and drive results.

              Stakeholder Collaboration:

              Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely issue resolution.

                Compliance & Risk Management:

                Uphold opportunicore’s policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards in all customer interactions.
