Remote Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking dependable and customer-focused professionals with call center experience to join our remote support team. This position involves assisting customers with prescription requests, account questions, benefits, orders, and coverage information.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Support customers with prescription and order-related questions
  • Assist with refill requests and provide order status updates
  • Explain available benefits, coverage details, and estimated copay information
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information and call notes
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear communication and strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Reliable hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
  • Ability to work assigned schedules and maintain consistent attendance
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
No prior healthcare experience is necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided.
